Sa'at (pronounce as Sa-at) is an adjective for wasting or squander. Sayou is the superlative to add up the intensity of the words which literally means wasted much more.or waste wildly (without considering the result of the actions)
Example:
Sa'at duit = Wasting money
Sa'at sayou duit = Wasting money without thinking the consequences
Sa'at pinguman = Wasting food
Sa'at sayou pinguman = Wasting food without thinking the consequences
